These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yrney platform, websites, applications, communications tools, and related services provided by Onward Labs LLC d.b.a. Yrney ("Yrney"). By accessing or using Yrney, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Yrney provides onboarding, communication, operational workflow, learning, and agent experience tools for real estate brokerages and their affiliated agents and staff.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain account security
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
- use the platform only for lawful business purposes
Users may not:
- misuse the platform
- interfere with platform operations
- attempt unauthorized access
- send spam or unlawful communications
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Yrney and/or your brokerage related to onboarding, operations, scheduling, compliance, and internal communications.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All Yrney software, branding, content, and platform materials are owned by Yrney or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Yrney provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yrney shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
Yrney may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Changes to Terms
Yrney may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
